"Stall me, stall me. I'm all in."
--
Hello, all! I'm back, yet again! I know, I know. It's been a while and I've been slacking //hides face//Hm. Well, where shall we start? How about...why I haven't posted for practically a month. Here's my excuse (I happen to think it's a pretty good one, myself). You see, for the last three weeks or so *cough* 23 days *cough* I've had a concussion o.o yeaah. Now, let me explain. About three weeks ago I was getting into a car and hit my head. Apparently I hit it pretty hard because I haven't felt a pain that badly in my head before. LAME, right? No, I didn't get my concussion by being run over by a wild rhino, rock climbing into oblivion then slipping and falling, slaying a dragon, not even biking and falling off my bike. NOO. I had to hit my head on the frame of a car door. I've gotten tons of crap about how silly it is that I have a concussion after doing something so..so..un-epic. At least I didn't hit my head with a video game controller whilst playing Spyro..

| Okay..maybe even THAT would be better. I mean, it's Spyro the purple dragon. Holy nostalgia boner! |
Rant on? I think yes. You know, I don't necessarily rant a lot..I just needed to get this out. Let us start this lovely rant with a fact..
-----
Quick fact about me: I HATE people who lie.
Really. For those types of people, my patience level is a minimum. It takes a lot to make me disappointed in someone and even more for me to dislike them. I mean, hey, I even use the "second chance" system. I give out second chances very freely and I believe that everyone (98% of the time) deserve a second chance because that's just how I am. There are some people, though, that I will keep handing out second chances until they've had about four or five. That's not necessarily fair, I know, but I just can't help it. I keep hoping that these people will change, and most of the time, they don't . Sometimes I lie, too, so what makes me so indifferent to the system? Nothing, really. It all depends on how big the offence is. I will occasionally lie to my family or friends if I had a bad day to keep them from worrying, but very rarely do I let it get past that limit. For some people, that's enough to make them mad. For others, it's just a slight bump in the road. For me, I hate it when people lie about who they are. I don't even know how to go about what I want to say next. I'll keep this short and sweet. If you are going to promise something, keep your promises. If you are going to tell someone one story, make sure it's the right, true one. If it isn't, well, stick to the story you told them and don't just HOPE that they won't find out, don't LET them find out. That's all I am going to say. And if this person that you lied to was gracious enough to give you a second chance, don't blow it. If you get a third chance, you're lucky, and if you get a fourth..fifth..sixth..etc. chance, why are you still around? Your life lines are running out. Pull yourself together, and don't let this happen again. Sorry. I just needed to get this out.
//rant over.
Bonus fact: I love to read.
At the moment, I am reading The Hunger Games and I love it! Yeah, I'm a high-schooler and I'm reading The Hunger Games (Catching Fire, actually. I finished book one a few days ago ^.^), which apparently almost everyone read in middle school. Oops haha so, I may be a little late on reading this series, but I LOVE IT. Most definitely a group of friends and I are going to all go see the movie on March 23rd. It'll be FAB-U-LOUS! I'm extremely excited, and I hope that the movie does the book justice! The only part I don't like about this series from my expericene is how whenever you tell someone you're reading this series, first thing they say is "Team Peeta or Gale?". When this question arises, I just list a bunch of pros and cons about each boy and leave the questioner confused because I never REALLY game them an answer >:D

| You HAVE to read these books if you haven't yet. AHH. SO GOOD. |
I very highly suggest picking up these books and reading them if you haven't yet. I mean, I like them :)
The title of this post is "Stall me, stall me. I'm all in", which is a lyric from the lovely Panic! At The Disco song "Stall me". This song just kind of popped up on shuffle on my iPod and..well, take a listen. I like it(:
I love me some Panic! At The Disco. Quite honestly, though, if I HAD to pick a favorite album of theirs, I must say that I like Pretty Odd the best. Don't ask me why, though. I just do :)
I really hope that each and everyone of you have a great day! Let's make it count!
- Jess
